Day 02: Trek from Siri Khola to Rammam (2560 meters)
Day 03: Rammam to Gorkhey
Day 04: Gorkhey to Phalut (3600 metres)
Day 05: Phalut to Molley (3590 metres)
Day 06: Molley to Sandakphu (3636 metres)
Day 07: Sandakphu to Garibas (2621 metres)
Day 08: Gairibas to Tonglu (3070 metres)

White Water River Rafting

Get ready to trip! We offer White Water River rafting in the foothills of the Himalayas on India’s most exciting rivers Teesta and Rangeet. We will provide top class of safety gear like Helmets and Life Jackets etc. We have professional river guides whose first priority is safety.

Term & Conditions:

• Non-Swimmers and Children above the age of 12 years are welcome but may be restricted to certain sections of the river.

• Persons suffering from weak heart conditions, epilepsy or those with any serious ailments are not permitted to go rafting.

• Alcohol is not permitted at least six hours prior to the river trip.

• All clients are requested to sign the “Assumption of Risk and Release Bond” before undertaking the trip

• All NRI’s and Foreigners are requested to write their Passport number on the bond.  

• Company will not assume responsibility for personal gear that might be lost or stolen during or after trips.

• Company reserves the right to alter or cancel trips depending on prevailing conditions.

River side Camping with Rafting

ITINERARY (1 night / 2 days)

DAY 01:  Receive from Siliguri / Darjeeling / Kalimpong / Gangtok and arrival at Melli (Rafting office). Fill in the required forms. Introduction to river guide & a short discussion on Rafting, Safety & Gear. Rafting start with our river guide and arrival at Camp Site.

• 1.30 pm: Lunch.

• 3.00 pm:Short trek to the surrounding region and return to camp side. Enjoy a game of river beach volleyball. Fishing at river Teesta.

• 6.00 pm: Campfire, meet with local people and exchange your culture with them.

• 8.00 pm: Dinner time

• 9.30 pm: Light off.

DAY 02

• 6.30 am: Wake up call. Morning walk on riverbank & body stretch.

• 8.00 am: Breakfast.

• 8.30 am: Proceed to onward destination.

Cost includes:

• All meals.

• Accommodation in sharing basis at Alpine Tents.

• Rafting charges.

• Guide / Escort service.
